Being able to
jump high is a valuable asset in many sports. Everyone
thinks of basketball, of course, but vertical leaping ability is also
helpful in volleyball, soccer, football, baseball, and many other
sports.
Improving your vertical jump is something that can be
done. There are different theories, exercises, and applications that
different people use to achieve the same goal. We will take a look at
several
vertical jump programs to see what works and what doesn't.
